2010 LSM Golf Schools, Clinics and Lessons

We offer instruction to groups or individuals. We invite
you to learn more about our lessons and clinics to choose which will work best for you.
Schools and Clinics are open to women AND men.
Why not create your own group for a
school or clinic? You and five other friends (six total) can reserve one

Junior Elite Golf
|
|
New this year, Drumlins Golf Professionals Linda Mulherin and Sean Dadey are offering a three day golf instructional program featuring Short Game, Full Swing video analysis including equipment evaluation and course management. 6:1 Ratio
** LIMITED TO FIRST 24 APPLICANTS **
This program is geared toward college-bound high school athletes, ages 13-18.
Tues, Wed, and Thurs - June 8th, 9th, 10th - 4-7pm

Full Swing School
|
|
Learn the fundamentals to a solid swing. We will work on your grip, posture, swing, finish
and drills to take it from the range to the golf course. Video is
provided -- seeing is believing! Bring your full set of clubs. Lunch is included.
- 9:00 - 9:30: Warm up, curriculum overview and personal goals
- 9:30 - 12:30: Instruction
- 12:30 - 1:30: Lunch and review
5:1 maximum student/teacher ratio

Short Game School
|
|
This is your opportunity to concentrate on chipping, pitching, putting and club selection. We'll
begin 50 yards out and work our way to the hole -- you'll find yourself getting up, down and in from everywhere! Bring your full set of clubs. Lunch is included.

2010 Boot Camp Golf
|
|
Not for the faint of heart, we will provide a supervised practice environment for those wishing to prepare for the upcoming golf season. PGA Master Teacher, Linda Mulherin will provide unlimited practice balls, ensuring that practice will make permanent! What better way to begin the season checking fundamentals like posture, grip, alignment, ball position and swing plane. Maybe it's a pre-shot routine you need to work on, or just getting your tempo established. She encourages people to prepare themselves in a practice environment rather than waiting until they are playing golf. Remember we "practice" swing and "play" golf! Cost for each participant is $100.00 and classes are limited to 10 participants. All classes are held at Drumlins.

2010 Town of Dewitt Clinics
|
|
Spring & Summer Programs: This program will stress the fundamentals of full swing and short game techniques. We'll begin with putting, chipping and bunker play and move through to a full swing motion that will establish a repeating motion to take to the golf course. Linda will conduct group instruction for 5 weeks (one hour per week). All sessions are held at the LSM Golf Facility at Drumlins.All classes are co-ed. You'll receive a pass to play Drumlins West upon completion of the course. You must register for this class through Town of Dewitt. Class size is 10 participants, NO EXCEPTIONS!
The cost for town residents is $120.00 - non residents is $125.00

Girls' Golf Academy - 2010 Information
|

Our Girls Golf Academy returns to Drumlins this year in a two-day format. Girls ages 6-14 will be grouped according to their age/skill level with a 5:1 student to teacher ratio. Our staff will stress the fundamentals of a full swing, short game finesse, rules and etiquette, and on-course application. The Academy is limited to the first 30 applicants in each age group. Bring your full set of clubs. Lunch, swimming, and a goody bag with "extras" are included.
Two Full Days, 9am to 4:00 pm
- 9:00 - 9:30: Instruction and overview
- 9:30 - 12:30: Instruction
- 12:30 - 2:00: Lunch and swimming
- 2:00 - 3:30: On Course instruction
- 3:30 - 4:00: Review and rewards

Private Lessons
|
|
You know where your game is failing you, or what causes the most frustration on the course. Taking a private lesson may help you overcome the problems that keep your score higher than you would like. When appropriate, we use state-of-the art video and software to help you improve your game.
